Maintenance dose: Recommended dosage is 1 dropper full as needed.

• Apply under the tongue and hold for 15-30 seconds.
• If you prefer it can also be added to any drink of your preference.
• Generally, 1 application is used per day.

Extra dose: If needed you may repeat applyingevery 4 hours or even doubling the dosage to 2 droppers full.

The box set was designed as a complete regimen for day and
night.

We then use a steaming process where the heat breaks down the cell walls of the mushrooms and increases bioavailability.

The tinctures are going to get into the bloodstream the fastest by putting it under your tongue. It is also going to be easiest for your body to process the mushrooms by bypassing your digestive system.

We recommend adding 2 tsps of the powder in a coffee cup and pour 2 cups of water over it and stir. HOT or Iced! You may also use a frother if you have one. A lot of people also like to add their favorite ingredients such as honey, creamer, milk, sweetener, MCT oil or even add it to their favorite coffee or expresso.
